How does it work?

With PitstopHR, you can sign up for whatever suits you. We've got a number of different packages that we can offer, and you're also able to pay for things monthly.

Who will I speak to?

We are a team of HR and employment law experts. We've got years of HR expertise from a wide variety of business sectors. We believe in making HR something that isn't scary and we will make sure that you get clear advice. Don't worry, we've got your back! 

Why should I pick you?

We don't do jargon. We don't do conflicting advice. And we definitely don't do "sorry we can't talk to you because you've used all your calls this month". We really do believe that we provide the best possible service to our clients, and they do too! Have a read over some of the lovely things they have to say. 

Why not have a look at our News section? There's loads there that could help you to understand HR and what you need to do as a business owner / manager. This way, you get to see a little bit of what we do without having to pay for anything. 

I'd like ongoing HR help 

If this sounds like something you need, then the Annual Membership is for you. Your membership gives you access to our telephone and email advice lines (with no limit to the amount of times you speak to us). You will have access to our HR library. Within the library there are around 300 template documents that you can download and tailor to your needs. The best part about this, is that we've written the documents for you, highlighted the bits you need to fill in, and we will even check the document over for you before you send it out. 

I want my employees to know the rules

If you find that your employees are guessing what you want, following processes they did in previous jobs, or even just not doing things that you think should be common sense, it sounds to us like you need a Staff Handbook. When you buy a Staff Handbook from PitstopHR, it's not just a case of "here's one we made earlier". We'll tailor it to your business. Each business is different, and we understand that there will be some policies that just don't apply to what you do. Let us take the guess work out of it and draft you a lovely new Staff Handbook. 

Do I really need to have a contract?

During our time in HR we have heard business owners say that they didn't want to be too formal or wanted to be more of a relaxed employer. While we completely understand this point of view, by law you have to give your employees a contract. There's a lot of conflicting information around what you can and can't say in a contract, so why not leave that to us? All you do is fill in a short form, that takes around 5 minutes, and from here, we will draft your contract template. 

Once I've signed up to the annual membership, what happens next?

When you've signed up to the annual membership, you'll automatically have an account created for you. You get instant access to the HR library and our telephone / email advice line. 

I've bought the contract / handbook, what happens next?

When you've bought the contract or handbook package from us, you will get directed to a webform to complete. We've made this as simple as possible for you, and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. But if you're really not sure what answers to give, then let us know and we will guide you through this. 

Once we've got all of your answers, we'll go through them and create you a bespoke contract / handbook based on what you've told us. We'll send it over to you to review, and you just let us know if you want anything changed. When all the changes have been made, you've got yourself a lovely new contract / handbook to use! 

How do I pay for things?

You can buy everything you need from us online. Just pop your card details in and away you go! 

Can I pay monthly?

If you buy the annual membership, you can pay monthly. If you add any of our other products on, then you can also pay for them monthly. 

Will I get a VAT receipt? 

Absolutely! That will be automatically sent to you following any payment you make to us. 

I've forgotten my password (oops!)

Don't worry. When you go to the login page, just click the link that says "oops, I've forgotten my password" and we'll send you a link to change your password. 

What if I've got a problem with the platform?
